The USAG (USA Gymnastics) competitive gymnastics team offers athletes the opportunity to compete at local, state, regional, and national levels, advancing through various skill levels and age groups. Competing in USAG gymnastics helps athletes develop discipline, focus, and resilience, while also boosting their physical strength, flexibility, and coordination. The experience encourages goal-setting and time management, all while promoting a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Additionally, competing fosters a healthy competitive spirit, builds self-confidence, and teaches valuable life skills like perseverance, handling pressure, and embracing both success and failure.

Pre – Team: No Compete – $175/Month
Competitive Level 2 & 3 – $225/Month
Level 4 thru 6 – $275/Month
Level 7 thru 10 – $365/Month
